Thanks to Jacqueline’s Catering for catering our company event earlier this month and making it so special! The attendees and my colleagues couldn’t stop talking about the lovely presentation and delicious cuisine of the day. For breakfast, the aroma of the steel cut oats with the orange blossom welcomed the guests and set the tone for a wonderful meeting. The lavish Mediterranean luncheon spread included a delectable vegetarian soup and grilled chicken.  For our reception, the hand-selected charcuterie platters and savory treats such as dolmas and halva were outstanding! Jacqueline’s personal touches and love for what she does shines through in all her food! We look forward to working with Jacquline again in the future.

Jacqueline’s Catering was the caterer for our red carpet event and San Jose premiere of the feature film “Sin Visa” back in  April. Zarco Films hired Jacqueline’s Catering to take care of the food, drinks and logistics of the event. We met with Jacqueline once to plan the event and she was awesome. She shared with us her suggestions and presented us with three different menus to choose from. She was very informative and helped us create an amazing buffet spread with seasonal spring dishes.

Not only is Jacqueline a good cook, but you can tell she has a lot of experience in the catering industry. Tasty food and good presentation were our top priorities for the reception and Jacqueline’s Catering did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the service was very impressive. At the end of the night, she and her staff packed up the leftovers for us to take home as well. During and after the event, Zarco Films team received compliments from many event attendees about the food. We can’t recommend Jacqueline’s Catering enough!

Jacqueline’s Catering provided a broad variety of delicious Mediterranean food for our department’s Christmas luncheon. Over the phone, she spent time with me to plan a full menu that would be tasty and inclusive of many dietary needs and tastes. Based on her experience she knew what to suggest to fill in the gaps. Then she presented a very reasonable cost.  On the day of the party, Jacqueline’s team was on time, efficient and friendly. Their presentation was excellent. The many flavors were enjoyed by all, with many “Ooh’s” and “Aah’s” coming from around the tables —one member of my team said it was the best Mediterranean food she had ever tasted. And there was plenty of it, with happy attenders able to take home the leftovers! I plan to use Jacqueline’s Catering again for other events.

-Whenever I have a meeting that I know will be catered by Jacqueline, I get SO excited for the food. Her food is truly unparalleled. So delicious, nutritious, carefully prepared and beautifully presented.

-I thought I liked (and was familiar with) the Mediterranean style of eating – apparently not. Jacqueline’s food (and styling) made me eager to try things I’d rejected in the past – cream of wheat (adding salty cheese and cinnamon = 🤔<😍), eggplant that wasn’t at all slimy (👍), lentils that weren’t mushy and tasteless (💯not). Jacqueline’s food exudes her deep love of her heritage and joy in sharing with everyone. I can only wish to eat this way on a weekly basis at the very least. To cut to the chase – Jacqueline. Is. Magical.

-The lunch Jacqueline made us during our retreat was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, no joke! The veggies were so fresh, each had its own seasoning and unique flavor and they were cooked to perfection. She brought together so many different textures and flavors that it was just really fun to eat! It was also such a well-balanced meal and included a delicious homemade baklava that I could not stop going back for. 10/10!!

-It takes a true culinary genius to make people swoon over Cream of Wheat, and that was just the beginning of Jacqueline’s magic. She has consistently created delicious, healthy, and thoughtful meals that impress and bring us all back for seconds (and let’s be honest, thirds). And, knowing I was headed for a long flight home, she packaged up a to-go container that left me full and happy and my fellow plane passengers envious. I cannot recommend her enough!

Jacqueline is a genius with food. She creates dishes I have not seen before and makes traditional dishes with additional flavors that bring a new level of enjoyment to eating. Plus she does everything from scratch. Whereas most of my caterers cut corners with canned foods or baked goods they bought somewhere else, Jacqueline takes the time to make almost everything fresh. The exceptions are bagels and croissants. She shops at farmer’s markets and everything is fresh and organic when possible. And the food is delicious! Many of my clients ask for her by name: “Can we get Jacqueline for this meeting?”

Thanks to Jacqueline’s Catering, a gathering for out of state friends and family turned into an unforgettable feast and surprise party in honor of my father’s 80th birthday.
